Turning Vision Into Action With 25+ Years of Creative, Strategic Leadership

My Story

Lori Burgher

Founder & Brand Practitioner

What started as a dream to build something of my own became the Brand Practice, a place to bring together years of experience, creative curiosity, and lessons learned from building brands that last. After more than 25 years in marketing and brand leadership, including time in senior and CMO roles, I’ve had the privilege of helping brands grow with clarity and intention. My work has spanned tourism, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and beyond, partnering with startups, scaling darlings, and legacy organizations ready for a refresh. My sweet spot is finding the balance between creativity and growth: defining identity, shaping stories, launching into market, and nurturing loyalty across complex sales networks. I began as a designer and grew into a strategist and growth marketer, but design has always been my anchor. I believe creativity and revenue should work hand in hand. That belief shaped my EP² Framework: Experience, Engagement, Personalization, and Precision. It is a modern evolution of the 4Ps that helps brands stay human, inspiring, and measurable. the Brand Practice today serves as my personal portfolio and thought-leadership space, a place to explore the intersection of creativity, strategy, and growth, and to share insights that help others build brands that move people and perform in the real world.
